Introduction

Hello, my name is Elyssa. I love working with people struggling with trauma, BPD, anxiety, and depression. I specialize in treating individuals with borderline personality disorder and complex PTSD. I believe in validating and empowering each individual while also creating clear change in behaviors. I provide a stable and safe environment for people to explore and overcome their current and past challenges. I do this by being compassionate, nonjudgmental and direct with each of my clients. I also offer a DBT group and phone coaching to help clients get the comprehensive DBT approach if this is what you are looking for. I have a variety of work experience having worked with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault as well as working at both inpatient and outpatient substance abuse treatment centers. I have specialized training in addressing the unique issues faced by those with Borderline Personality Disorder and complex trauma. You can expect a unique empathetic approach from me as I have both lived experience and professional familiarity with a variety of situations. I provide an environment where you will be held accountable while also getting validation and compassion for your challenges. Clients often comment on my ability to connect with them and truly understand.
