Introduction

EMDR Collective is a highly specialized team of EMDR therapists specializing in mind-body wellness, trauma recovery, eating disorders, anxiety and depression, and peak performance support. The Collective is a female owned, culturally sensitive, trauma informed, LGBTQIA welcoming team that integrates evidence-based eye movement desensitization reprocessing, EMDR, Brainspotting, DBT, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, ACT, Emotion Focused Therapy, EFT, as well as mindfulness-based stress reduction tools. The Founder, Dawn is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Certified in EMDR, as well as holding a certificate in Post Traumatic Stress Studies and training in Trauma Informed Yoga.
