Introduction

Hello! I am a graduate of the Social Work program at the University of Southern California and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have always been driven to help those in need, but the principles of Social Work have aligned most closely with the values I live by - that all individuals have a right to live a life free of judgment, oppression, marginalization. And that all individuals are a person in their own right, who deserves to be heard, and be supported. With over 10 years of experience working with individuals in a variety of settings, from young children and adolescents to older adults, it is my warm and personable approach that has helped me to foster relationships with people of all backgrounds. I specialize in treating Depression, reconciling challenges related to having a bi-cultural identity, and navigating work-related stressors for a healthier work/life balance. I enjoy being able to support people during what may be an extremely difficult period in one's life and working alongside each person towards achieving their goals. I strive to offer a space where one can be free to be who they are and tailor the treatment to the specific needs of each individual.
