Introduction

I am a first-generation American, Latina, and a bicultural woman who is passionate about empowering folks to step outside of the oppressive messaging of unworthiness, inadequacy, and inequality & step back into their full, happy, healthy, wealthy lives. The spaces I create help you emotionally process stress, develop tools, and build your skills to have happier, healthier, wealthier relationships with yourself & everyone around you. I provide a space for clients to feel safe in exploring themselves, learning to trust themselves, learning to advocate for themselves, and building their inner sense of worthiness. I am a trauma-informed therapist heavily influenced by queer feminist, multicultural,& and shame resilience theories. I blend evidenced-based modalities based on individual need: CBT, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, IFS, Inner Child Framework, Family Systems Theory, Poly Vagal Theory, and Interpersonal Neurobiology. Taking care of yourself is a courageous, cool, creative, beautiful, loving, caring gift/investment in yourself and your community! I believe in consent-based collaborative treatment and utilize client strengths, lived experience, and self-compassion to support change and growth. If this resonates, please feel free to reach out - I have immediate openings!
