Regulating emotions can be a difficult task. Without emotional regulation we tend to act out in frustration, anger, sadness, anxiety, and or stress. This is something I can help with. During walk and talk therapy I can help you learn skills to identify where your emotions are stemming from and how to express your feelings in a healthy, and appropriate manner. Your feelings will be validated and discussed. I will support your opinions and feelings and help you learn how to express your emotions appropriately. We will practice how to take breaks when you become overwhelmed. You will learn skills to maintain calm and in control of you. I love helping adults, and children. I provide walk and talk therapy. By moving your body your able to calm down and think clearly. Your body releases endorphins and your able to see different perspectives. Walk and Talk therapy will open up your mind and allow you to process deeper and gain a deeper understanding of your emotions. You are so much stronger than you think you are. Through walk and talk therapy you can start to believe in that. Therapy can be a way for you to learn how to control, express, and cope with your emotions. Together we can help you rediscover yourself. It’s time to take care of your mind and body by experiencing walk and talk therapy.
