Individuals attending therapy want to feel better, but what does that really mean? Collectively, we can come together to find the best you to be the individual that you strive for. I will help you find the answers to your trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and other matters that you might be struggling with. I have been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Substance Abuse (CBT-SA), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together we can work on problems that have been plaguing your life, this will allow you to feel better in ways that you thought were unthinkable. I strive to provide a space that meets you where you are at, is empathetic, non-judgmental and help you meet all of your therapeutic goals.
