Introduction

*Openings for in person and online therapy* www.dremilydubosh.com My goal is to create a compassionate working relationship where my clients feel seen and heard, in all of their identities. I believe that you are the expert on yourself, and together we can collaboratively identify and begin making progress on your goals. For some, that could mean brief therapy, while others might be better suited for longer term depth work. I’m a feminist therapist, who uses relational and interpersonal process approaches to counseling. I strive to create a non-judgmental space where you can feel free to be yourself. I work well with adults who are interested in better understanding themselves. Much of my practice focuses on helping clients gain insight into the source of their distress and expand upon their strengths, so that we can create lasting change. I specialize in addressing family, relationship, and attachment issues, as well as healing from trauma and experiences of oppression. I've worked extensively with students and professionals. Finding the right therapist can be a daunting process, and therapy tends to work best when both parties feel like it's a good fit. I'm open to feedback and have a direct communication style. If my approach sounds like what you're looking for, please call for a phone consultation so we can discuss whether working together seems like a good fit for your goals.
