I believe that every person has the potential to grow and make positive changes in life and I enjoy being present during this process for each and every person that I sit with. My specialties include the treatment of depression and anxiety, relationship issues, substance use and co-occurring disorders. My therapeutic approach will often be based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), however, I also believe that every person's needs are unique.
