Introduction

Hi Friends! I'm Emily and am so happy you are here! My Passion My personal and professional experience has led me to feel passionate about working with individuals and couples looking for a place to grow individually or to connect more in their relationships. I help my clients identify negative patterns and aim to foster a relationship to help them feel less alone, lost, or frustrated with their current life struggles. My work is highly attachment-based, a framework that focuses on the impact of early relationships on an individual's emotional and psychological well-being and how that plays out in the present. I specifically enjoy working with women who may need help processing past or current relationship abuse, as well as those who are being directly affected by a loved one struggling with addiction. My hope is to lead you towards empowerment and discovering how to strengthen the relationship with yourself and with others. Education I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and I graduated with my Masters Degree from Whitworth University. I have training and experience in a number of individual and family frameworks as well as specialize in working with couples. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method.
