There are as many ways to approach therapy as there are therapists in the world today. In my work, I hope to collaborate with you to face the problems you've identified. I want to better understand the obstacles you face, better define your goals, and acknowledge, honor, and embrace your values, skills, and strengths. I do not have the solutions to your problems, but I can provide a framework and outside perspective to help work through them. I have worked primarily with transgender, nonbinary and gender diverse clients, but am not exclusive in my services. I'm happy to work with you, whoever you may be!
