Introduction

When my clients come to therapy, their reasons and goals are as unique as they are, with one very important thing in common: something in their life doesn’t feel right, and they want to make it better. Whether this is related to mental health, relationships, work, past trauma, or something else entirely, we often begin with the hope of bringing healing and fresh perspective to whatever struggle they are facing. As my client, we will work together to sift through many aspects of your life, as we explore your individual story to heal from the past, identify barriers to achieving your goals, and discover your authentic self.
