Introduction

I am a licensed therapist with over seven years of experience in mental health, including six years in private practice. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, couples, and military/veteran populations, offering therapy for a range of issues such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. As a mental health provider, I have found a passion in supporting adolescents and adults, particularly those with ADHD and autism. My passion for this work comes from both professional training and personal experience as a late diagnosed adult with ADHD. This journey inspired my approach to therapy: I am deeply committed to helping my clients understand and embrace themselves, freeing them from the weight of societal expectations and internalized negative beliefs. I specialize in helping individuals build meaningful connections within themselves, so they can confidently approach life on their own terms, without the pressure to conform to externally imposed norms that often do not align with the neurodivergent experience. I aim to empower my clients to navigate the world in a way that honors their unique brain wiring, fostering a sense of self-compassion and authenticity. By deconstructing harmful internalized beliefs and embracing self-acceptance, my clients can approach life with confidence and clarity, equipped with the tools to thrive.
