I’m a licensed clinical social worker committed to helping clients who are looking to heal from past trauma and to feel more at peace, both within themselves and in their relationships. I bring a warm and relational approach to my work with clients, and I enjoy working with clients who are open-minded and curious to know themselves and their world more deeply. I also especially enjoy working with students, LGBTQIA+ folks, and individuals currently or previously engaged in sex work. My focus as a therapist is on strengthening my clients’ awareness of and connection to their emotions, including working with the various hidden and often unconscious parts that we possess that can often keep us stuck in self-defeating patterns of behavior. My approach is mainly psychodynamic and relational, and I am also trained in EMDR, an evidence-based therapy for trauma treatment. If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation with me, you can do so by submitting an appointment request or completing the contact form on my website.
