My clinical approach is geared toward anyone in need of support and is looking to cultivate a sense of acceptance and achievement in their life. With a trauma-informed, strength-based, intersectional, and person-centered lens, I incorporate techniques from both psychodynamic and somatic approaches. In our sessions, you’ll find a safe space to explore your personal history and encounter internal thought patterns, behaviors, and emotions, while reclaiming a path toward security and equilibrium. Alongside helping you achieve your goals, my role is to foster an environment of compassion, collaboration, and confidence.
