Introduction

I work with folks who are struggling with anxiety, stress, perfectionism, burnout, and trauma responses as well as those who are navigating life transitions and identity exploration. I am especially passionate about supporting folks in high-demand roles, including athletes, students, and healthcare professionals. My clients are often seeking to re-establish and engage in a relationship with their bodies, understand and honor their emotions, set and hold their boundaries, identify and align with their values and strengths, connect with themselves and their communities, and develop skills to create a meaningful life. My practice is rooted in feminist and shame resilience theories, and I value approaches that center consent, harm reduction, and community care. I have specialized training in EMDR and incorporate narrative (storytelling), somatic (experiences in the body), and expressive (creative) practices into therapy. I also offer walk + talk sessions. I’m a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher trained in trauma-informed practice, Intuitive Eating & HAES aligned, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and a member of Pro-Choice Therapists. I recognize that finding the right therapist can be overwhelming. I’m committed to meeting you where you are, collaborating in your therapeutic process, creating space for safe and genuine connection, & offering respectful, inclusive, and affirming care for all identities and lived experiences.
