I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for my clients to explore themselves and discover what they need to enjoy life more fully. My goal is to empower you to live a life you love, not a life from which you want to escape. In addition to traditional counseling techniques, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I utilize a holistic approach and consider physical health as well (for example: teaching behavioral techniques to address chronic pain, sleep disturbances, and breathing problems). I am also Sex Positive and am happy to explore sexuality issues (e.g. gender, physical functioning/sexual activity, pleasure, and relational concerns).
