I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust and empathy. My role as a therapist is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions. Together, we’ll identify challenges and work toward your goals, using tailored, evidence-based approaches. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy incorporating many different theories, modalities and interventions. I am certified in brainspotting, a technique that helps clients process deep emotional pain or trauma by using their eyes to connect and process where the trauma lives in your brain and body.
