**I will be starting maternity leave in November 2024 and returning March 2025** Hello! I’m Emily, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon and Washington. I have over five years experience working with children, adolescents and adults (ages 5-65) with varying symptoms and needs. I have worked to support individuals in schools, outpatient clinics and intensive outpatient settings in rural and urban areas throughout the country. I take an individualized approach with each client to best understand your human experience. Together, we will explore how your experiences and relationships have shaped who you are and find the best therapeutic approaches and tools to support your needs. Life is challenging and you are not alone in the discomfort or challenges you are experiencing. Our mental health needs to be taken care of just as our physical health. You should feel proud that you're taking the first step. I am so happy that you're here. I am currently accepting new clients for teletherapy + in person sessions. I am currently accepting clients with PacificSource Navigator + Voyager insurance. I do not accept additional insurance at this time. - - Good Faith Estimate - - As of January 1st, 2022, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
