Emily (she/her) is an active therapist who will work deeply with you. She isn't afraid of your suffering - the big and messy feelings, the pain or the difficulty. She can help you sit with those experiences and emotions, so you can heal using gentle and creative methods. It is possible to make big changes in your life. You can work with Emily to gain new insights and remove self-limited beliefs, paving the way for you to live as your true self and more aligned with your current reality. She helps you reduce your self blame, take responsibility for your actions and ultimately your life. She helps you live from a place of love instead of fear. She obtained her Masters in Expressive Art Therapy & Mental Health counseling at Lesley University, Cambridge MA (2011) and her BS in art therapy. She is a certified clinical trauma professional and is certified in applied polovagal theory for yoga therapy. She trains in mindfulness and meditation for peak performance and continues to study and deepen her understanding of the neurobiology of interpersonal healing.
