Introduction

Welcome! Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and I believe in walking alongside you every step of the way. My approach is collaborative, and I strive to build a strong, trusting relationship where you feel supported and understood. Whether you're navigating a difficult transition, struggling with a relationship, exploring your sense of self, or working through depression or anxiety my goal is to offer an empathetic environment where you can heal. I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including life changes, loss and grief, mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, trauma, emotion dysregulation, and suicidality. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and ERP. If you’re ready to begin therapy or simply want to learn more, please reach out. I’d love to help you explore how we can work together to create lasting change and cultivate a life that feels more manageable and fulfilling.
