My passion is helping clients strengthen and nurture their most important relationship: the one with themselves. I want you to know and like yourself so that you may foster deeper and more meaningful relationships with those who are important to you and, ultimately, lead a more fulfilling life. I describe my approach as "holistically eclectic" drawing from a variety of evidence based treatment modalities and tailored to each client's specific needs. I typically use elements of person-centered, emotionally-focused and psychodynamic therapy mixed with attachment theory, and sprinkled with a little grief-work. During our time together I hope you feel understood, cared for and respectfully challenged. I describe my interpersonal approach as: chill, real, and occasionally funny. I aspire to create an honest, heartfelt relationship with my clients so that you may freely explore the impact of early relationships, process and heal trauma, foster self-compassion, build resilience, and learn to trust your instincts! ---- University of Southern California - Master of Social Work (2014) Specialities: Military Social Work, Families and Children Mount Saint Mary's College - Bachelor of Science (2011) Speciality: International Social Work
