I work with people who are seeking support and understanding, while overcoming the bumps in the road that we often encounter in life. Whether they are speed bumps, potholes, or full-blown roadblocks, I believe it is important to remember that no matter how big the bump may be, there is always a way to grow through the messy things we go through. I have provided individual, family, and group counseling to children, teens and adults who have sought help for complex trauma, codependency, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, anger management, thought disorders, mood disorders and substance abuse. Through building meaningful therapeutic relationships, I seek to assist my clients with the process of blooming through the most difficult situations encountered within the human experience. I believe transformation and growth can occur after being buried in the dirt. It is then we can blossom and flourish in the places we never thought we would. To "bloom" is defined as a beautiful process of becoming and this is the philosophy in which I view the therapeutic process. Flowers often struggle to bloom alone in the darkness. They need water, sun, healthy soil, and unconditional love and support to reach their most vibrant and spirited potential. It is my job to empower each client through that process.
