Through this dialogue I want to help you improve your mind-body connection, develop coping skills that will strengthen your emotional regulation, and reduce uncomfortable psychiatric symptoms. I work from a psychodynamic and insight-oriented model, but will cater the treatment modalities to your specific needs. I have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with individuals recovering from substance use and enjoy incorporating mindfulness techniques to help you learn new ways to relax your mind and body and ultimately reduce stress. Whether you are a licensed professional wanting to address work-related stressors or an individual seeking help with self-identify issues, relationship stress, or a mood disorder, I can offer you the space and time to heal and grow.
