Introduction

Hi, I'm Emma Reaney. I help teens and adult women build healthier, more compassionate relationships with their bodies, food, movement, and themselves. Whether you're navigating disordered eating, struggling with body image or self esteem, or just feeling stuck and unsure of how to move forward, you're not alone and you don't have to figure it out alone either. I've been working with clients for the past four years, creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and judgement-free (with a little humor and humanity sprinkled in). My goal is for you to feel truly heard, validated, and empowered to make changes that actually stick- on your terms. If you're ready for something different but need a little help getting started, I'd love to walk alongside you.
