My name is Lezlee Henry-Dupoux. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from New York University in 1997 with a master’s in social work. I became a social worker because of my love for this field. I believe a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment is key to bringing about the change clients seek in their lives and relationships. My approach is tailored to each client's unique needs. At the core are compassion, affirmation, exploration, and trust that help reshape emotional experience, understanding, and behavior. Our therapy together will focus on building our therapeutic relationship as we work together on the specific issues you bring to counseling. I assist individuals in overcoming personal obstacles by using evidence-practice interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, humanistic approach, and Motivational interviewing.
