Introduction

Welcome. I'm glad you're here. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or the effects of trauma or PTSD, I want you to know that healing is possible—and you don't have to do it alone. You may be wearing a mask, hiding pain, guilt, or shame. You may feel overwhelmed, angry, or ashamed to talk about what you’ve been through. My passion is helping trauma survivors—especially veterans and first responders—process their experiences in a safe, structured, and compassionate space. I use a Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) approach to help you work through painful emotions, develop new coping tools, and feel more in control of your life. My sessions are goal-oriented, collaborative, and never rushed. You’ll never be forced to talk about something you're not ready for. Together, we’ll move at your pace, addressing your symptoms while building emotional resilience and strength. I currently offer online therapy with flexible availability: 🕒 Monday–Thursday: 10 AM–5 PM Private pay: $100/session Ready to take the next step? You can submit a request through Psychology Today, email me, or visit my contact page. I look forward to working with you.
