I believe that I have the best career in the world! I have the privilege of joining with kids and their families in order to help solve problems, develop strategies to get around barriers, and promote each individual’s growth. I value each child as uniquely gifted and my goal in assessment and treatment is to provide healing and growth through relationship. I have a strong behavioral background that serves as the foundation for the philosophy and theory of my work, which I combine with developmental and relationship-centered principles. This results in a blend of skill-based teaching, processing-type interventions, creative and active play, and a whole lot of fun! Aside from the growth and change that I get to be a part of, one of the most rewarding aspects of my day is the excitement of the kids when they come to therapy appointments.
