As a recovering perfectionist and high-achiever herself, Erica understands how self-reliance and independence have contributed to her client's success. However, she emphasizes the importance of interconnectivity and asking for help- you don’t need to carry everything alone. Erica perceives therapy as a dedicated space for slowing down and focusing inward. This is not the time for “doing” or “achieving.” It’s a time for introspection and untangling parts of your life that may feel shameful, messy, or stuck. Erica strives to practice what she preaches (though therapy is never preachy). She is passionate about living mindfully and healthily- when not in session, she’s probably taking a hot yoga or Pilates class or cooking nutritious meals. In addition to being the owner and supervisor of Elevé Therapy & Co, Erica has had several years of experience working within substance abuse treatment facilities.
