I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for teenage and adult females, ages 16 and older, to navigate life’s challenges. My journey into the field of mental health began with a passion for helping others find healing and strength in the face of adversity. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, women’s issues, and life transitions. Additionally, I work with families addressing parenting challenges, divorce, blended family dynamics, and adolescent issues. Using an individualized approach rooted in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and collaboration, I integrate techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and mindfulness to meet each client’s unique needs. My goal is to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives. If you’re ready to begin a journey of self-discovery and growth, I’d be honored to partner with you on this path toward healing and empowerment.
