She has over 15 years' experience supporting families of children with disabilities and special health care needs in navigating and advocating for services through early childhood education and health care systems. Additionally, she has experience working with clients of all ages, from children to elderly individuals, who are affected by medical and mental health conditions. She has worked within the healthcare system to assist clients in accessing care to manage their conditions and obtain long-term care support and services. Erica aims to provide support that emphasizes empathy, empowerment and collaboration.
