Introduction

I work with adults 18 years and older to support and address anxiety, depression, obsession compulsion disorder, relationship issues, and trauma. I strive to provide a safe space for people to explore thoughts and feelings through therapeutic techniques such as acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, trauma-informed, and mindfulness. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I work with individuals and strive to provide tools and healing to achieve emotional wellbeing and have successful healthy relationships. Many of my clients would describe me as open-minded, affirming, and supportive.
