Hi I'm Erika, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the owner of Evergreen Family Services. I have been practicing social work since 2015 and have worked in women's leadership, school based therapy, family therapy, and trauma work before starting my own practice. I started Evergreen in 2022 to provide resources to women, children, and families in Southern Utah County where I call home. The clients best served at Evergreen are: -Women who are the cycle breakers and family shakers. -Women who have experienced trauma and need support processing and recovering. -Women interested in learning skills to be more attached/attuned to the children in their lives. -Women experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or PTSD. -Children/teens experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or other behavioral concerns. -Children/teens needing support in understanding and processing past trauma and reducing trauma related symptoms. -Children/teens who could use an extra support person to talk to and are ready to learn skills in emotion identification, coping skills, regulation, communication, social skills, and self esteem. -Families seeking Special Education, IEP, or 504 consultation. -Families who are struggling with attachment and could use support rebuilding and reconnecting. -Families who are ready to put an end to generational trauma by undoing negative patterns and practicing conscious parenting. If you are wondering if we would be a good fit, let's schedule a 15 minute free consultation to chat!
