When working with children, my therapeutic approach revolves around utilizing developmentally appropriate strategies to enhance their coping skills. By understanding the distinct needs of children, I aim to meet them where they are, fostering an environment where they can boost their sense of empowerment and self-confidence. Although my overall method is diverse, my approach is influenced by evidence-based practices like Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). Additionally, I incorporate the use of Self-Compassion and Mindfulness strategies to support my clients' emotional growth.
