Like any relationship, the therapeutic relationship is one that needs to work and feel right. In my 12+ years of clinical practice I have had the privilege of working with many individuals, couples, and families with the purpose of creating sound relationships based on respect and authenticity. My mission as a therapist is to create a safe space where you can explore the possibilities that can exist when you try new ways of thinking and doing. I love to challenge my clients to see themselves and their relationships from different perspectives. I have extensive training in different couples therapy modalities including Gottman, Relational Life Therapy, Systematic Affair Recovery, and Positive Discipline.
