Introduction

My name is Erika, and I’m a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, self-awareness, and emotional resilience. I specialize in working with young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from their emotions, their relationships, or their sense of purpose. Together, we work to untangle those feelings and create meaningful change. My journey into the field of therapy began with a deep curiosity about how people heal, connect, and grow. I was drawn to this work through both academic study and personal experiences that taught me the value of being truly seen, heard, and supported. Throughout my experience, I’ve developed a therapeutic approach that is relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative. Whether we’re exploring self-worth, managing anxiety, healing from past wounds, or building communication skills, my goal is always to help you feel empowered, understood, and supported. I believe therapy is not just about coping, it’s about cultivating a deeper relationship with yourself and others. If you're ready to begin that journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
