My name is Erin Bryant and I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a deep commitment to empowering women through life’s most challenging transitions. With a Bachelor of Social Work from Methodist University (2008) and a Master of Social Work from Boise State University (2012), I bring both extensive education and over a decade of experience to my practice. I am an experienced social worker with a diverse background in supporting vulnerable populations. Over my career, I have served as a School Social Worker in the West Ada School District, managing cases for homeless students and unaccompanied youth, and as a Mental Health Social Worker at Limitless Life Counseling, where I provided crisis intervention and therapeutic support. Additionally, my experience includes roles as a Child Protection Services Safety Assessor for the State of Idaho and as a Medical Social Worker and Forensic Interviewer at St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital CARES, where I conducted forensic interviews and psychosocial assessments. These experiences have equipped me with a profound understanding of the complex issues individual’s face. I now focus my practice on helping women navigate pivotal life transitions such as divorce and separation, parenting and co-parenting, and career changes. In my therapeutic work, I integrate somatic approaches, recognizing the powerful connection between the mind and body. By incorporating techniques such as mindfulness, breathwork, and body awareness, I help clients process emotions and trauma that are often stored physically, leading to deeper healing and personal growth. Beyond these core areas, I also offer compassionate support for women experiencing other significant life changes, including marriage or partnership, parenthood, health changes, grief and loss, relocation, financial adjustments, and caregiving responsibilities. I am dedicated to helping women embrace these transitions as opportunities for growth, self-discovery, and the creation of a fulfilling life.
