Introduction

I utilize a strengths-based approach, relying on evidence based interventions that work for you. No two people are the same and therefore therapy should not be either. I work with teens, college students and adults. I stay abreast of latest theories and interventions yet also have been told that I am relatable and easy to talk with. Therapy doesn’t have to feel like a chore! Services are private pay, however I also offer a super bill for you to submit to your insurance company for Out of Network reimbursement. A graduate of Simmons University, licensed in Massachusetts (Massachusetts / 122825 / LICSW) and working in the field for over 10 years. If you are interested in scheduling an appointment or a free 15-minute phone consultation, please feel free to call or email me. I look forward to hearing from you!
