Introduction
I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in treatment of depression, anxiety, and relationship problems in adults and couples. I work from a relational perspective, and use evidence-based interventions (e.g., cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based relaxation, emotion-focused, and interpersonal process techniques) to treat a variety of presenting issues. I work collaboratively with my clients to develop goals and a treatment plan that is individually tailored to their needs and balances enhanced self-insight with developing more useful and effective coping strategies. In addition, I conduct psychological assessments (ages 6+), which aid in diagnosing learning disorders, ADD/ADHD, memory problems, processing speed difficulties, or mood/anxiety disorders. Testing for ADHD and learning disorders available on a limited basis and are offered only in-person. I am offering both in-person and teletherapy appointments (your preference) at this time. I accept Optima insurance, or submit courtesy claims on behalf of clients who wish to use out-of-network benefits. I accept full payment at the time of service.
