Introduction

"As a licensed mental health counselor, I have been working with clients in the therapeutic community for the past six years. I have experience working with a wide array of individuals who are struggling with a variety of issues that impede their daily functioning. Collaboratively working with individuals, couples, and families has given me the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills to widen my expertise and technique treating clients. My combined approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client-Centered Therapy is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client I work with. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, child therapy, interpersonal relationships and conflicts, life transitions, and addictions. I am excited to help you take the next step to a happier, healthier you." -Sara Poquette- "Taking the first step toward change can be hard, and I am happy to take this step alongside you. I have gained experience working with individuals of all ages dealing with issues with anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, stress management, interpersonal relationships, as well as through the prenatal and postpartum journey. I am passionate about meeting you where you are, and taking steps together toward the change you desire. My approach combines therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Strength Based Therapy. There is no “one-size fits all” approach, so my goal is to help create an individualized plan where you feel heard and understood.
