Sometimes, our stories can change when we least expect it. Our lives take turns we were not prepared for, and we find ourselves questioning the next steps to take. The decision to begin therapy can be challenging and can follow attempts to manage difficult life circumstances independently. I believe that healing begins when there is a safe, non judgmental space to grow a therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a warm, open and affirming environment where you will feel safe to express yourself freely. I listen deeply, allowing the opportunity for your story to be shared. My goal is to partner with you to decide what treatment approach will best help you achieve your goals. I will hold space for your emotions, challenge you when things feel unmoving, and bring my true self to make space for transformation and lasting change. I have expertise in working with children, adolescents and adults for over 20 years. I worked in residential treatment with adolescents and families for 13 years, in addition to almost 7 years working as an out patient clinic Administrator which includes clinical work with children, adolescents, adults and families helping clients work through depression, anxiety, trauma and family systems issues.
