Twilight’s Holistic Healing strives to carry out community wellness by supporting changes with children/adolescent lifestyle’s through a clinical focus on adaptive treatment plans with personalized goals and objectives. When in our counseling care, you can anticipate therapeutic rapport building, theoretical discussion, an empathetic sounding board for decompression, psychosomatic body work (yoga, deep breathing, guided mediation, walking meditation, and grounding techniques), light hiking through nature, and some hands-on interaction with goats, chickens, and horses (as weather allots). There are three major components that the center is focusing on counseling to help promote mind-body-spirit health: individual counseling, family counseling, and psychosomatic body work. What is individual counseling? The center provides individual counseling to child/adolescent populations within the community. These sessions will be held in a private and safe space for decompression and healing. These sessions can held both in person or remotely where you come to session to work process, learn, and grow into a healthier version of yourself to better thrive in your personal life. What is family counseling? Family counseling is provided to help support your child/adolescent through focused involvement and communication with parents/siblings/family systems. By having this extra modality within therapy, treatment plans can be more personalized to help with overarching goals. What is psychosomatic body work? Psychosomatic body work is applied breath-work, mindfulness, and body movements into your counseling sessions for a unique, more customized, treatment plan to help reach mind-body-spiritual balance. This application of specialty helps to promote an enhanced healing journey for victimization and overall mental health for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and many different personality disorders. Yoga: Twilight's Holistic Healing focuses on mindful holistic applications of breathwork and body movements for both children and adults. These applications help to create better mind-body balance, flexibility within thinking patterns, and strength both physically and mentally by building stamina, grace, and a better understanding of oneself. Yoga sessions will be modified as needed for variety of leveled of experience a client has; beginners are welcome and encouraged to call/email for any further questions surrounding our yoga applications. We have remote sessions available for all modalities of mind-body care for scheduling needs.
