My specialties include depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, ADHD, chronic illness, pain management, and end-of-life concerns. Choosing to go to therapy can indeed be a daunting decision, as it often involves confronting deep-seated vulnerabilities. However, it can also be a pivotal step towards personal growth and well-being. Therapy can offer a structured space to explore feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed, providing tools and strategies to navigate life's challenges more effectively. With years of experience in various facets of mental health and social work, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care.
