As your therapist, my primary goal is to form a genuine connection so that you and I can broach these ideas and (often difficult) topics together. I’m here to unpack where you’ve been and where you are now, so we can figure out where you want to go. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Washington and a master's degree in counseling psychology with an emphasis on marriage and family therapy from the University of San Francisco. I have wide-ranging experience, having supported children, families, teens, and adults in various kinds of settings. My training in EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy allows me to help you not only build a foundation of tools & strategies, but also to target and process the deeper roots of what you’re experiencing.
