Erin Menser

Licensed Mental Health Counselor Erin M Menser
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Life Transitions, Divorce,

Introduction

My experience as a counselor has given me the impression that everyone has the capacity for growth or change. Sometimes this change occurs in tiny steps and sometimes it occurs in leaps and bounds. Other times it is difficult to even recognize that growth or change is possible and we may feel stuck, down, scared, confused, or frustrated. Together we will explore what growth or change may look like for you and how it can happen. My specialties are relationship issues, depression, loss (including pet loss), and general anxiety. Common relationship issues that I work with include: abandonment fears, difficulty trusting others, frequent conflicts, breakups, or divorce.
