Introduction

I view psychotherapy as a collaborative relationship with the primary goals of alleviating distress and empowering clients to make effective choices in their lives. I am a licensed psychologist in New York State and obtained a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from St. John’s University. I have training in cognitive behavioral and family systems therapies and use an integrative approach that is individualized to the needs of each client. I have worked in a variety of settings with diverse populations of all ages treating anxiety, depression, and trauma among other difficulties of living.
