Introduction

I know how hard it is to reach out for help. I appreciate your courage and humility to seek help. I believe that Christ came to give us a more abundant life, not just in heaven but here on earth. However, sometimes the problems of this world interfere with our ability to pursue that abundant life. Through biblical and professional evidence-based counseling it is my hope to free you from some of the burdens of this life so that you can live the life Christ intended. My passion is to see individuals and couples find their hope and live as God intended. Erin has worked with adults and teens for over 16 years addressing mental health, substance abuse, and trauma. - She is certified in EMDR a gold standard for trauma. -She also has extensive training in DBT for emotion regulation in particular Borderline Personality Disorder. -She has many years of experience in CBT used to treat depression and anxiety. -She also has training Gottman Method Level 1 and 2, the one of the only research-based treatments for couples. She uses a combination of her evidence based practices with her faith in Christ for long-lasting changes. She believes that the goal of therapy is to give you tools so that you can return to your community with improved quality of life. "Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked . . . but his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by the streams of water that yields fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all he does he prospers." Psalm 1:1-3
