Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Certified Brainspotting Practitioner and Consultant, I specialize in working with PTSD and C-PTSD, Dissociative Disorders and Attachement Wounding. I work solely with highly motivated clients that want to make lasting changes in their lives. Clients will explore how their early attachments are impacting their present day to day lives. They will discover and heal developmental traumas that are fueling core beliefs, keeping them stuck. I use psychodynamic, attachment and developmental models along with Brainspotting and Parts Work to help clients become their best selves and begin exploring the endless possibilities that life has to offer. In the search for a more effective treatment in working with clients with PTSD, specifically first responders and veterans, I found Brainspotting! Brainspotting has refocused and expanded my practice as well as shifted my personal day to day life. It has given the lives of my clients clarity, purpose and hope. The possible applications for Brainspotting are endless in therapy. I feel blessed that I have been afforded the opportunity to become a Brainspotting Practitioner and Consultant. I have been able to witness the healing in my clients lives as well as my own. I support the learning and growth of new Brainspotting Practitioners and experience in Real Time, the ripple effect of Brainspotting! My therapeutic approach is fluid and creative. I start with where my clients are. I will move beyond the bounds of traditional talk therapies with my clients in order for rapid healing to occur. My clients often tell me they appreciate my straightforward approach. I strive to create a laid back and comfortable atmosphere for my clients.
