I enjoy working with folks who are looking to heal from the past and reconnect with their purpose. My clients have experienced something in their life that has led them to disconnect from the core of their being. This could be childhood trauma/neglect, abusive relationships, toxic work environments, or systems of oppression. We work together to understand the parts of your identity that you had to develop to navigate and/or survive these situations. And then begin the process of reconnecting with your true self and all of the wisdom, capacity, and love I believe are available to each and every one of us on this journey. In the therapy room, I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, and Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) for a client-centered and experiential approach that is unique to each person's goals and needs. I aim to meet you where you're at and offer a warm and collaborative space to do deep, meaningful work together. I find that my style of therapy resonates with highly sensitive, neurodivergent, and creative individuals. Being trauma-informed and identity-affirming is also incredibly important to me. You can read more about my integrative approach to the therapeutic process on my website. Please send me an email or submit an inquiry to explore next steps.
