I also have several years of experience working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem and life transitions. I am passionate about women's mental health and creating a safe space for women to feel empowered throughout their healing journey, especially throughout motherhood. The transition throughout pregnancy and into postpartum can be very difficult and you don't have to do it alone. Being a trauma-informed therapist, I am aware and mindful of the ways trauma can impact daily life emotionally, mentally, physically and behaviorally. The therapeutic environment I strive to create keeps those factors in mind while allowing you to feel grounded and comfortable before discussing and processing trauma. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based which allows for us to work together to create a treatment plan tailored to your specific wants and needs. I look forward to connecting with you!
