Introduction

I believe that therapy is a conversation where the therapist assists the client with rediscovering that they are the experts in what is best for their overall quality of life. My approach to therapy is to listen to my client's needs and assist with developing a treatment plan tailored to those needs. Therapy pace is set by the client to allow for processing and insight into one's personal journey. I employ an eclectic style of counseling which incorporates several modalities
